Hi everyone! My name is Angelina, and I’m to excited to introduce myself to you! My major is elementary education with a math focus and I am currently enrolled in FNED 246 (Schooling for Social Justice), my intent was to complete this blog to help you better understand my thoughts on the course, and my views on social justice. I am a freshman with a graduation goal of the winter of 2028. I have been interested in the idea of becoming a teacher for the past 6-7 years. I worked with students in a fifth grade classroom along side my fifth grade teacher for my senior year of high school and that brought out my love for being an educator the most.
I am an aunt, I have two nieces aged 7 years old, and the other a mere 2 years old. It has always been a natural trait of mine to be nurturing and have a love for children and I am so honored to have the opportunity to be here in school fulfilling my dream of being an educator.
